Item condition
Unless an item is identified as final sale or otherwise excluded on its product page, eligible merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with its original tags and packaging. Items showing wear, fragrance, damage, or missing components may not be accepted.
Start a request
Email service@thebcdgroupclothing.com with your order number, the item, and the reason for your request. Do not mail merchandise until our team confirms the return address and instructions.
Refunds and exchanges
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping and return shipping may be non-refundable unless an item arrived incorrect or damaged. Exchange availability depends on current inventory.
